1. Products

Promptaroo sells digital products, including The Business Prompt Playbook™ (Volume I, Volume II and the Complete Bundle) and The Articulate Small Talk Mastery Program™. All products are delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical goods are shipped.

2. All sales final. No refunds.

Because every product is a digital download delivered instantly after payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any product, including The Articulate Small Talk Mastery Program™.

For The Articulate Small Talk Mastery Program™, you must check a box confirming that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy before payment can be made. Your agreement is recorded with your order.

By completing a purchase of any product on this site, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Depending on the product and your location, you may pay by card or, where offered, with Klarna. Klarna payments are subject to Klarna's own terms and approval; any installment arrangement is between you and Klarna and does not change the no-refund policy above.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars as one-time payments.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed you receive a private download link on screen and a copy of the link by email. The link is unique to your order. Please keep it private. If a payment is still processing, delivery happens as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If you have trouble accessing your download, reply to your purchase email and we will help you get access to the product you paid for.

5. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or republish the files or their contents, in whole or in part.

6. Educational content

All products are independent educational resources. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances and are not guaranteed. Product and company names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
